About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator - QA/QC to provide critical administrative and compliance support to a dynamic construction project site. This role supports the daily operations of the site team, ensuring documentation, inspections, and quality control records are properly tracked, organized, and up to date. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review subcontractor daily reports and flag any critical notes to the Superintendent.
Manage and input inspection requests into relevant software systems; verify details against approved submittals.
Organize, scan, and upload compliance documents such as fire watch logs and construction barrier assessments.
Update weekly work plans for digital display in field offices.
Support administrative workflows, including labor tracking reports, city reporting, and timecard processing.
File and organize inspection reports and project documentation from various sources (e.g., inspectors, subcontractors).
Assist in tracking and scheduling upcoming inspections.
Compile data to support the finish protection matrix per project specifications.
Take meeting minutes as needed, especially for field coordination meetings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
Office administrative experience required; construction industry experience is a plus.
Strong communication and multitasking skills in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, JD Edwards, and Bluebeam is beneficial.
Experience with cloud-based content sharing platforms (e.g., Egnyte) is a plus.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate project-specific software for documentation and workflow tracking.
Additional Notes:
This role may be based at a regional office or construction project site.
Candidate must be open to transitioning to different project sites as needed.
